Registration:

Welcome to the KnoWho™ Authentication Server registration site! KnoWho technology provides for robust encoding and record matching of IrisCode® records for enterprise applications.

Registration will generate a product key that initiates your software. To enable your KnoWho software, you will need to register the product using iris recognition technology, so please have your Private ID™-enabled camera installed. If you do not have a PrivateID-enabled camera, please contact your sales representative.

Once registered, you can download the product key and install it on the system running the KnoWho software. Please fill out and submit the registration form. In the Media Access Control (MAC) address field (Windows) or hostid field (Solaris), add the physical address or hostid of the system where your KnoWho software has been installed. If you are running several KnoWho Authentication Servers, add the MAC address or hostid of each system. If a system has multiple network cards, use the MAC address or hostid of the primary card.

Management:

Update your account. Changes to your information in our records can be accomplished by completing the following form. This service requires an administrator to login using iris recognition technology. Only a registered administrator will have access to the management tools.

Once authenticated, the KnoWho administrator can manage tasks such as:

• Adding or updating MAC addresses or hostids to download a registration key
• Updating the User Information for a registered Administrator
• Replacing the registered Administrator with a New Administrator
• Adding Multiple Administrators
• Registering Multiple Products
